Microsoft recently released a new Windows 11 Canary build, followed by the Windows 11 Insider build 23541 for Dev Channel testers. However, this update primarily focuses on bug fixes and does not introduce any new features.

In this build, Microsoft has addressed an issue where dragging app icons in the taskbar sometimes caused File Explorer to crash. Additionally, the company has fixed a bug that was preventing users from pasting a folder path to mount into the dialog when creating a new Dev Drive.

There are a few known issues in this build. Dev Channel testers in certain regions may currently be unable to access Windows Copilot, but this problem is expected to be resolved in a future flight. Furthermore, the rich thumbnail previews for cloud files in the Recommended section of the Start Menu may disappear for some Insiders running this build.

Apart from these changes, a new Microsoft Store update has started rolling out to all Insiders. This update introduces a new Game Pass page where users can learn more about Game Pass subscriptions and easily join. Previously, Microsoft had introduced a new Game Pass widget to help users keep track of game releases and more.

That concludes the notable changes in the Windows 11 Insider build 23541.
