Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for Qookeys (“Website”) selling software product keys (“Product Keys”) owned and operated by Qookeys.

Product Keys: The Product Keys sold on the Website are intended for legitimate use by end-users only. Qookeys does not permit the resale of Product Keys or the use of Product Keys for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
Payment: The price of Product Keys is specified on the Website and must be paid in full before delivery. Qookeys reserves the right to refuse any order.
Delivery: Delivery of Product Keys shall be made electronically to the email address provided by the buyer. Qookeys shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Product Key Activation: It is the buyer’s responsibility to activate the Product Key in accordance with the software manufacturer’s instructions. The Seller shall not be liable for any failure of activation or any resulting loss or damage.
Refunds and Returns: Qookeys does not offer refunds or returns on Product Keys except where required by applicable law. In the event of a defective Product Key, the buyer shall notify the Seller within seven (7) days of delivery and the Seller shall provide a replacement Product Key.
Intellectual Property: The Product Keys and any related software or documentation are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of the software manufacturer. The buyer shall not reproduce, distribute, or use any Product Key or related software or documentation except as authorized by the software manufacturer.
Limitation of Liability: Qookeys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of Product Keys, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

By using the Website and purchasing Product Keys, buyers acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
